Research and Development Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for product development of existing polymer products such as carbon fiber materials and epoxy system, including material development and optimization, product analysis and product recommendation;

2. Technical development and internal and external technical support of composite polymer synthetic materials such as new carbon fiber;

3. Responsible for the overall project scheme design, process development and optimization of new processes and technologies, and provide necessary technical support to the production department from the technical perspective;

4. Responsible for analysis and testing of polymer samples, data analysis and maintenance during equipment debugging, and product development;

5. Actively try to learn product expertise from old employees with an open mind;

6. Timely analyze customer needs and expand market plans;

7. Other matters assigned by the leader;

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in composite materials and engineering, polymer or chemistry, with more than 2 years working experience in carbon fiber related composite materials, polymer or chemical engineering is preferred, outstanding graduates are also considered;

2. Proactive, meticulous and rigorous in work, with good writing and language skills;

3. Have a good image, strong adaptability, sense of responsibility, can accept the requirements of overseas business trips across the country, strong execution, strong pressure resistance. Strong logical communication skills, keen market observation and analysis ability.
